If you need early check-in please contact us one day before arrival – then we will confirm the possibility of early check-in (additional fees can be charged).

It depends if we have a check out that day – we need to have time to clean the apartment.

You can leave your luggage in the apartment around noon and go out for a walk or lunch.

If so – please leave the keys in the key-box (where you found it).

The cleaning service will use it to enter the apartment.

If you need late check-out please contact us on the day of check-out. We will confirm the possibility of late check-out (additional fees can be charged).

It depends if we have a check-in on that day – we need to have time to clean the apartment.

If, after turning on the TV, a message about no signal appears on the screen, please check whether there is a decoder under the TV (usually a black device lying flat).

If so – please find the second remote control and turn on the decoder (green diodes should start to light on it).

However, if there is no decoder or turning it on did not help, check what the signal source is set on the TV (HDMI, TV, antenna).

To do this, look for the “SOURCE”, “INPUT” button or an icon that looks like a screen with an arrow pointing at it on your TV remote control.

Please cycle through all the available options until the picture and sound appear.

In the case of no Internet in 95% of cases, rebooting the router is enough.

To do this, please find a router or modem (usually in white or black), it is in a visible place.

Then, plug-out the device from the electricity, wait about 10 – 15 seconds and plug-ib again.

Now please wait a moment for the device to start working (max 5-10 minutes).

The Internet connection should work.

Yes, we’ll send you the invoice after check-out via email.

Send us please billing details (name, address, Tax ID if needed).

The booking can be canceled only by you via the website on which it was made.

We can’t do this.

Before you cancel – please check the cancellation policy on the website you booked.

We do all we can to prepare the apartment for you. All equipment should work and be safe. Sometimes equipment can get broke or damaged. If so please send us some photos or video of the damage.

This will help us to make a decision what to do next and we will be able to determine the estimated time for its removal.

If your stay includes breakfast it will be delivered by the catering every day before 7 AM to the door of the apartment.

The driver knows how to enter the building so he won’t call you.

One day the breakfast will be sweet, other day – salty.

Information about the assigned parking place is in the check-in instructions.

The remote to the garage or barrier is in the apartment. So please first check-in and then park your car on the assigned parking spot.

Double check if you left your car in the right place. If you leave the car in a different place it can be towed.

Yes, you can extend the stay. It depends if we have another Guest check-in. Please contact us to check availability +48 22 113 14 14.

Some of the doors to the apartments have got an electronic handle.

The current code for the door handle will be sent 1 day before arrival.

To open the door, first touch one of the numbers so that the keypad lights up. Now you can enter the received code. The handle will release the lock.
